2) The first investigating officer ASI V.V. augustin, in the Abhaya murder case was seen dead in a field. The police said he was committing suicide. Suicide note was got from his body. The vein in his hand had wonded., this wound was the cause of death. He is being questioned by CBI in last few days. The sources said CBI is planned to arrest him today.

3) Newjersy firing the accused was held. Saneesh Joseph husband of killed Reshama taken into custody today by police. He was taken into cutody from a hotel Georgia. Yesterday he open fire in church during the mass was going on. He killed his wife and another man.

1) Serial blast in Delhi kills nine peoples and injured more than 70. Five blast took place in the time span of 45 minutes. These are the first reports of the incident. Many of injured are in critical stage. Blasts are occured in bussy market places like Greater kailash, Gulf market, Konat place . First bomb blasted on 6.15 pm. Police closed the Sarojini market and Gulf market after the blast. Bombs were kepf in dust bins. Prime minister of India condemns the blasts.

2) India will sign nuclear deal with France by end of this month. Yesterday France informed India that they were interested in engaging nuclear deal with India. If any change in 123 agreement we have full right to withdraw from it, India cleared. US went back from their assurance that the supply of uninterrupted nuclear fuel . In this context France informed their willingness to supply of fuel to any reactors in India. India can purify the fuel get from France. The discussions are in progress.

3) Indigenously developed 'Astra' missile was successfully test fired in integrated test range in Orissa. The air to air missile was developed by defence and development laboratory, Hyderabad. The range of the missile is 80 km and it weighs 150 kg.

1) India cleared penaltimate hurdle in the nuclear agreement. 34 year old nuclear aparthied on India ends. Yesterday special meeting of NSG gave nod for the nuclear trade with India. This is first time NSG giving a non member of NPT for nuclear trade. NSG members came to consensus after a long discussions and misgivings by some nations. The two day meeting was extended to the third day by strong compulsions by US.

1) Giving a huge setback to Mr. Manmohan Singh government, a secret letter to U.S. congress written by Bush administration was get in to the hands of public. It reveals many hidden obstacles in front of the India- US nuclear deal laid by America. In the letter Bush administration assured that, US will terminate the supply of nuclear fuel given on the basis 0f the deal, if India will conducts nuclear tests. This letter was submitted to the congress on last january.

1) 46 runs victory against srilanka, India registered another stunning series victory under the captianship of MSD. Chasing the Indian score, 259 runs, Srilanka bundled out for 213.

2) Kerala C.M. V.S.Achuthananthan requested to the media to campaign for the developmental projects and create awareness in common man. He was speaking in the media award distribution ceremony.

3) Shibu Soren sworn in as the Chief minister of Jharkhand. He returned to the post after the three and a half year break.

4) A shoot at sight order was issued in the Kandamal district of Orissa. The situation in the district is worsening. The death toll in the two day violence was raised to 11. Three dead bodies were recovered from various places. Minister of state home affairs SreePrakash Jaiswal is expected to visit the district soon.

1) Shibu soren claims to form new government in Jarkhand. He had handed over the list of names of M.L.A's, supporting him. List contain 42 M.L.A's names and to prove the majority 41 wanted in the 81 member assembly.

2) Director General of Prosecution Mr. P.G.Thambi resigned from the post. Personal problems are the reason for the resignation, he cleared. But some sources said, the differences between Mr. Kodiyeri, minister of home affairs, and Mr. Thambi leads to the resignation.
