1) Shibu soren claims to form new government in Jarkhand. He had handed over the list of names of M.L.A's, supporting him. List contain 42 M.L.A's names and to prove the majority 41 wanted in the 81 member assembly.

2) Director General of Prosecution Mr. P.G.Thambi resigned from the post. Personal problems are the reason for the resignation, he cleared. But some sources said, the differences between Mr. Kodiyeri, minister of home affairs, and Mr. Thambi leads to the resignation.
