1) Serial blast in Delhi kills nine peoples and injured more than 70. Five blast took place in the time span of 45 minutes. These are the first reports of the incident. Many of injured are in critical stage. Blasts are occured in bussy market places like Greater kailash, Gulf market, Konat place . First bomb blasted on 6.15 pm. Police closed the Sarojini market and Gulf market after the blast. Bombs were kepf in dust bins. Prime minister of India condemns the blasts.
2) India will sign nuclear deal with France by end of this month. Yesterday France informed India that they were interested in engaging nuclear deal with India. If any change in 123 agreement we have full right to withdraw from it, India cleared. US went back from their assurance that the supply of uninterrupted nuclear fuel . In this context France informed their willingness to supply of fuel to any reactors in India. India can purify the fuel get from France. The discussions are in progress.
3) Indigenously developed 'Astra' missile was successfully test fired in integrated test range in Orissa. The air to air missile was developed by defence and development laboratory, Hyderabad. The range of the missile is 80 km and it weighs 150 kg.

1) India cleared penaltimate hurdle in the nuclear agreement. 34 year old nuclear aparthied on India ends. Yesterday special meeting of NSG gave nod for the nuclear trade with India. This is first time NSG giving a non member of NPT for nuclear trade. NSG members came to consensus after a long discussions and misgivings by some nations. The two day meeting was extended to the third day by strong compulsions by US.

1) Giving a huge setback to Mr. Manmohan Singh government, a secret letter to U.S. congress written by Bush administration was get in to the hands of public. It reveals many hidden obstacles in front of the India- US nuclear deal laid by America. In the letter Bush administration assured that, US will terminate the supply of nuclear fuel given on the basis 0f the deal, if India will conducts nuclear tests. This letter was submitted to the congress on last january.
